At IWeb Africa, we are committed to your satisfaction and transparency. Because each website we build is a custom solution tailored specifically to your business, we have a strict no-refund policy after the project has been finalized and deployed.

• Demo and Revision Period: We encourage all potential clients to request and thoroughly review their free demo website. Once your demo is delivered, you have a 5-day period to provide feedback and request changes to ensure the design aligns with your vision.
• Final Approval: Your final approval of the design marks the green light for us to build and deploy your website.
• No Refunds After Deployment: By approving the final design and purchasing a website with IWeb Africa, you acknowledge that the work is custom-built specifically for you. Consequently, all sales are final upon official website deployment. No refunds will be issued once your site has gone live and been handed over to you.

This policy outlines the procedures for cancelling a project with IWeb Africa.

• Cancellation Before Deployment: You may cancel your project at any time before the final website deployment. However, because work begins immediately after design approval, you will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the point of cancellation. This includes design, development, and consultation time.
• Cancellation After Deployment: Due to the custom nature of our websites, projects cannot be cancelled once the website has been officially deployed and handed over to the client. The sale is considered final at this stage.
• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us directly at yourtechsolutions@iwebafrica.co.za or 079 179 5444. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide you with a final invoice for any work completed, if applicable.

Deliverables are a Landing Page (the same one delivered via the demo process).

Cost: a once-off payment of R1,000 to build, plus R350 per month to maintain.

The monthly maintenance amount is non-negotiable. Should the client cease to pay the monthly maintenance fee, the website will be shut down.
